Qualifications

• Bi-lingual a plus, effective communication with associates.
• Ability to provide clear direction and guide subordinates.
• Understands reports and attendance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensures cleanliness standards and inspections are met.
• Supervises and trains Housekeeping Associates.
• Ensures designated guestrooms receive service.
• Assists with Lost and Found processes.
• Documents time and attendance for staff.
• Maintains furniture, facilities and equipment.
• Responds promptly to guest requests and maintains decorum.
• Ensures conduct, hygiene and appearance standards are upheld.
