The Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping team, maintain the highest cleanliness standards, and ensure guest satisfaction in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (College preferred).
• 2+ years of housekeeping supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures cleanliness standards are met via inspections and follow-up.
• Assists with supervision and ongoing training of Housekeeping Associates.
• Ensures designated guestrooms receive service.
• Assists with Lost and Found processes.
• Documents time and attendance for Housekeeping staff.
• Maintains furniture, facilities, and equipment.
• Responds promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Maintains standards of conduct, hygiene, and appearance.
• Represents the hotel professionally and fosters associate relations.
