The role involves assisting with hiring, training, coaching and developing staff, ensuring QA compliance, managing inventory and purchasing, and tracking financials, while participating in daily unit cleaning and inspections to uphold standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to coach, mentor, train and develop staff.
• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• 1-3 years hospitality customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Housekeeping Manager in all operations of the Housekeeping Department.
• Assist with hiring, training, motivating, recognizing, coaching and developing Housekeeping associates.
• Ensure QA compliance, Loss Prevention and safety standards procedures.
