• Ability to coach, mentor, train and develop staff.
• 3 years related housekeeping experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• 1-3 years hospitality customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Housekeeping Manager in all operations and budget controls.
• Promote guest and owner satisfaction through housekeeping excellence.
• Hire, train, motivate, coach and develop staff.
• Ensure QA, safety standards, inventory, purchasing, and reports are maintained.
• Participate in daily operations including unit cleaning as needed.
