Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year leadership experience, in a large casino or hotel environment, preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day operations of assigned housekeeping area to Wynn Las Vegas standards.
• Provides leadership to enhance employee engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Manages staff including supervisors, guest room attendants, and other housekeeping roles.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance across guest rooms, back-of-house areas and tower public spaces.
• Conducts pre-shifts, tracks keys, and coordinates daily pass downs and special projects.
• Conducts training and staff development; coaches and addresses performance issues.
