• 2 years of hospitality experience in Rooms Division, with at least 1 year in supervision.

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our dynamic Rooms Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. What you will do

Are you excited about delivering the best Rooms experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! The Assistant Housekeeping Manager is a central part of the Rooms Team. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Housekeeping and primarily assists in overseeing the Housekeeping team. We are looking for an individual who anticipates, customizes, and services guest's needs before being asked. We are looking for candidates who have excellent personal presentation, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation, sound problem-solving ability, proficiency in Hotel Property Management Systems including Opera, good business acumen and a passion for service.

What you bring

• High attention to detail and custom service skills
• Previous experience of 2 years required in the Hospitality Industry and Rooms Division, preferably with at least one year in supervisory role and Housekeeping knowledge.
• Strong business acumen, work ethic and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and grow employees into Supervisory and Management positions.
• US work authorization is required
