Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead the division, shaping culture, experiences, and business performance. The role reports to the Hotel Manager and requires a hands-on, guest-focused leader.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in F&B leadership, a relevant degree, and certifications such as TABC. You will develop teams, manage budgets, and foster an inclusive environment across all hotel outlets.

Qualifications

• College degree in hotel or restaurant management, business administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• Five to seven years of experience in multiple Food & Beverage department-head roles required
• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage
• US work authorization is required

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. The Director of Food & Beverage reports to the Hotel Manager and is a key member of the Hotel's senior leadership team. This position is responsible for shaping the culture, experiences, and business performance of the Food & Beverage Division.

What you bring
