Job summary

Asheville Hotel Group is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support our housekeeping team and help maintain a clean, welcoming hotel environment in Asheville, NC. The role focuses on guiding Room Attendants, ensuring rooms and public spaces meet cleanliness standards, and upholding Hilton Brand Standards.

You will assign daily tasks, monitor productivity and quality, train staff, manage supplies, and foster a positive, efficient work culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hotel housekeeping management experience.
• Must pass a background check.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

• Must pass a background check.
• Must have a valid NC Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
