Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Assistant Residential House Manager to support individuals in a residential setting. The role focuses on implementing individualized service plans, guiding Direct Support Professionals, and coordinating daily operations with ongoing training and supervision.

Primary duties include safety oversight, documentation, meal planning, transportation coordination, and ensuring compliance with agency policies.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred and one year experience in a residential program.
• Must be 21+ years old, have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ISP's, behavior plans and assessments to insure individual input, relevance to program goals, feasibility and capabilities of individuals.
• Serve as programmatic supervisor to Direct Support Professionals.
• Communicate information to Direct Support Professionals, parents, guardians and day programs as designated by Residential House Manager.
• Oversee handling of individual accounts, and the house budget as directed by the Residential House Manager.
• Ensure monthly fire drills are completed in accordance with DDS regulations.
