Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Assistant Residential House Manager in Worcester, MA. The role supports daily care for individuals, oversees staff, and helps administer ISP-driven services in a residential setting. The position is full-time, with a schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.

Compensation includes $19.50–$21 per hour plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus for new full-time employees and paid training to support growth and excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• One year experience in a residential program.
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license; daily use of a car on site preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ISP's, behavior plans and assessments for individuals.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and coordinate program staff.
• Communicate with parents, guardians and day programs as designated by Residential House Manager.
• Oversee handling of individual accounts and house budget as directed.
• Ensure monthly fire drills are completed per regulations.
• Attend safety meetings and participate in program planning and reviews.
• Prepare weekly staff meeting agendas and ensure safety and quality of care.
