Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license; daily car use on site preferred but not required.
• Available by telephone for daily contact.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals in the program.
• Ensure health and safety of persons served.
• Ensure compliance with DDS regulations (115 CMR).
• Provide training and performance feedback to staff.
• Maintain program documentation and payroll-related tasks.
• Coordinate with families, physicians, and funding sources.
