Redstone Inn in Moab, UT is seeking a full-time Assistant Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping and laundry operations, inspect rooms, and support guest satisfaction.

You will train and coach the team, coordinate with front desk and maintenance, and step in for the Supervisor on days off; five days a week with a seasonal December–January closure.

About This Assistant Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor Role

In this hands-on leadership role, you will work five days a week with a seasonal closure between December and January each year. You will oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations, effectively organizing tasks for team members and stepping in to assist with cleaning duties as needed. You take pride in inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high-quality standards. Acting as the substitute Housekeeping Supervisor on their days off, you will play a crucial role in training and coaching the housekeeping team, while coordinating with the front desk and maintenance to promptly address guest needs. With your focus on promoting teamwork and accountability, your leadership will directly enhance guest satisfaction and contribute to the property's success.
