Role Overview
The Heritage Community Residential Treatment Center is dedicated to supporting adolescents facing mental and emotional challenges. Your role involves providing supervised support, mentoring students, and fostering resilience and confidence. This position requires engagement, attuned caregiving, and strong relationship-building with students, parents, clinical staff, and educational professionals. You will also contribute to staff meetings and training to ensure a compassionate, excellence-driven environment.

This position works PM shifts, coordinated with the Home Supervisor.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Relationship Building & Professional Conduct: Foster positive, trusting relationships with students through professional and supportive interactions. Serve as a mentor, guiding students through their therapeutic progression.
- Clinical Treatment Implementation: Implement treatment plans as directed, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and adjusting plans based on student progress.
- Documentation & Communication: Complete reports promptly, maintain communication, and update relevant documentation and portals.
- Environmental Management & Program Fidelity: Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment, promoting trust and community.
- Recreational & Therapeutic Activities: Engage students in structured activities and organize a calendar of events.
- Mediation & Intervention Techniques: Use intervention techniques to deescalate distress, participate in ongoing trauma-informed care training.
- Transportation Coordination: Safely transport students, maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness.
- Home Administration & Leadership: Maintain home operations, participate in meetings, lead activities, and communicate with parents.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor staffing, coordinate activities, and support shift communication.
- Performance Management & Team Development: Conduct evaluations, lead goal-setting, and foster team growth.
- Incident & Personnel Management: Oversee incident reports, assist in hiring and disciplinary processes.
- Additional Responsibilities: Adapt to new tasks, maintain flexibility for team support.
