Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.
• Teaching qualification or relevant professional certification preferred.
• 4–5 years teaching experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with Primary curriculum, assessment and classroom management.

Responsibilities

• Support curriculum implementation, lesson planning, assessment and progress monitoring.
• Provide feedback to teachers through classroom observations and coaching.
• Assist in teacher performance reviews and professional development.
• Coordinate timetables, duty schedules and departmental activities.
• Maintain records and support reporting to Head of Primary.
