Job summary

The Little Gym in Lafayette, LA is seeking energetic individuals to teach our FUN, high-energy classes and lead a team that delivers outstanding customer service and membership experiences. This role focuses on driving program growth and building strong relationships with families in a welcoming environment.

You will contribute to running vibrant camps and events, embody a love of working with kids, and show a passion for education and fitness through our proven curriculum.

Qualifications

• Background working with children
• Customer service experience
• Minimum 1 year of management experience
• Experience in Dance, Gymnastics, or Sports is a plus
• Great attitude and strong work ethic
• Love to have fun and not only smiles easily but finds joy in making others smile
• Can match a 3 year old's energy and speed

• Must be available mornings AND evenings during the week
• Must be available for all Little Gym special events

Compensation

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
