Job summary

Qualifications

• Background working with children.
• Customer service experience.
• 1 year minimum of management experience.
• Experience in Dance, Gymnastics, or Sports is a plus.
• Great attitude and strong work ethic.
• Love to have fun and spread joy.

• Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Drive membership sales and program growth.
• Build strong relationships with families.
• Facilitate structured, high-energy, and FUN camps.
• Be present at and help lead all Little Gym events.
