The Little Gym of Naperville is seeking an Assistant Gym Director to serve as the #2 leader, supporting the Gym Director and Owners in day-to-day operations and growth of the gym. This hands-on role mixes teaching, parent communication, team support, and administrative tasks.

You will take ownership, help ensure smooth operation, mentor instructors, plan events, and assist with member enrollment and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in a child development or education environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication with families.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to mentor instructors and provide feedback.
• Comfort balancing teaching with administrative tasks.

Responsabilités

• Teach engaging, high-quality classes using The Little Gym curriculum.
• Serve as #2 to the Gym Director and support day-to-day operations.
• Help create an outstanding experience for members and guests.
• Build relationships with children and parents and make families feel welcomed.
• Explain programs and memberships to prospective families.
• Support member retention and value perception.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to instructors and staff.
• Communicate expectations and offer feedback when needed.
• Lead during non-teaching hours and assist with admin duties.
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and events planning.
