About The Position

As Assistant Guest Service Manager, you will assist the Guest Service Manager in managing the guest flow and service at the front-end, ensuring excellent service and operational success.

What You'll Do

• Manage front-end and cash office procedures, including cash, key, and safe management
• Oversee guest flow to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Lead the guest service team to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
• Manage order guides, deadlines, and reduce shrink/damage
• Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members on-the-job and via internal training platforms

Availability

This role requires flexibility to work weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a guest service role
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be at least 18 years old
