Qualifications

• Good understanding of important clinical concepts.
• CT driver’s license, reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Must pass a variety of background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee household routines and provide feedback.
• Train staff in household routines and observe performance.
• Act as House Manager in absence of the House Manager.

Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Strong computer and technical skills

Flexibility to work second shift and weekends

Experience with autism and/or developmental disabilities

Education
