Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED with 8+ years of groundskeeping experience, or an associate's degree with 6+ years, or a bachelor's with 4+ years, or a master's with 2+ years.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required; post-offer drug screen.
• Excellent scheduling, team leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, schedule, and assign work for Laborers, Groundskeepers, Team Leads, Truck Drivers and Equipment Operators.
• Provide customer service by clarifying work orders, setting schedules, and following up upon completion.
• Conduct on-site inspections for work in progress and completed projects.
