You will work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where leadership directly impacts store success. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to support our busy schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, ordering, rotation, and backroom organization.
• Train, coach, and develop associates; support department operations in the manager's absence.
