Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional at Tatum Ranch Golf Club in Cave Creek, AZ. You will support day-to-day golf operations and strive to deliver an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

You will oversee operations with the Head Golf Professional and help motivate staff to meet club objectives. Qualifications include Level one certification or greater, 2 years of college or equivalent, a background in golf operations and instruction, and strong communication and

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the golf operation with the Head Golf Professional.
• Track players, guests, golf cars, and fees; ensure proper controls.
• Monitor the reservation system and pace of play.
• Develop and oversee tournament, instruction, and golfer development programs.
• Assist in training, supervising, and motivating staff to meet objectives.

In this role, you will strive to promote an exceptional golf experience for our members and guests. Assistant Golf Professionals are passionate about the game of golf and enjoy creating memorable, elevated experiences on the golf course!

On the job:

• Oversee all phases of the golf operation in conjunction with the Head Golf Professional
• Track and verify all players and guests, golf cars, club care, lockers, handicap fees, and other charges necessary, and facilitate proper controls
• Monitor the reservation system and pace of play
• Develop, manage and oversee tournament, golf instruction, and golfer development programs
• Assist in training, supervising and motivating the golf operations staff to meet facility objectives

Bring your own:

• Level one certification or greater required
• 2 years of college or equivalent experience preferred
• Golf operations background and instruction experience
