Arcis Golf is seeking an enthusiastic team member to assist in golf operations at Raven Golf Club in Phoenix, AZ. The role supports the Director of Golf, verifying players and guests, golf cars, and other charges while ensuring proper controls and smooth operations.

The successful candidate will monitor reservations, pace of play, and assist in training the staff to meet facility goals. Excellent communication and customer service are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college or equivalent experience preferred.
• Golf operations background and instruction experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist with all phases of the golf operation in conjunction with the Director of Golf.
• Track and verify all players and guests, golf cars, club care, and other charges necessary, and facilitate proper controls.
• Monitor the reservation system and pace of play.
• Assist in training, supervising and motivating the golf operations staff to meet facility objectives.
