Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of the game of golf and shop operations.
• Understanding of golf handicaps, merchandise and inventory control.
• Ability to plan, organize and conduct tournaments and outings.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals for the golf club in collaboration with the manager.
• Assist in managing golf shop operations, bag drop, carts, and outings.
• Coordinate outings and tournaments and price inventory.
• Provide golf instruction, clinics, club fitting and re-gripping services.
• Schedule cart attendants weekly and train staff for service quality.
• Maintain a neat, attractive golf shop and monitor play pace.
• Oversee Golf Genius software and daily register reports.
