Job summary

The Club at ArrowCreek, part of Troon, seeks an experienced Assistant Golf Professional to manage daily Golf Shop operations across two courses and lead frontline staff. You will support member service, tournaments, and player-development programs while promoting top-tier service and club-wide coordination.

A working manager role that requires strong communication, decision-making, and a commitment to the private-club environment, with opportunities to grow within the Troon portfolio.

Qualifications

• PGA member or active PGA Associate in good standing.
• Three or more years of golf-industry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and staff-direction abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using golf-management systems and technology.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the Golf Shop and both courses with member service focus.
• Direct frontline staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
• Coordinate tournaments, leagues, and junior programs with professional staff.
• Manage POS, reservations, and daily reconciliation.
• Support golf technology training and lesson programs.
