Parkland Golf & CC in Parkland, FL is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to deliver outstanding hospitality and service at our Troon-managed club. You will work both Inside and Outside to assist guests, handle reservations, and support event setups.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be coachable and have basic computer skills.
• Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge about the game of golf is required.

Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations for guests of the golf course as Inside staff.
• Provide customer service to arriving guests to expedite check-in.
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as necessary and directed.
• Collect green and cart fees from guests and process in the POS system as trained.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe workplace and reconcile accounts receivable at closing.
• Ensure property and amenities are secured daily and assist with set-up of equipment and golf carts.
