Job summary

Quintero Golf Club in Peoria, AZ, part of Troon, is hiring a Full-Time Assistant Golf Professional. The role focuses on supporting golf operations, including POS/billing, tee-time management, and club merchandising, while promoting golf activities for members and guests.

The ideal candidate will have an AA degree or relevant experience, proficiency in English, and comfortable with Microsoft Office and POS/tee time systems.

Qualifications

• AA degree or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Regularly stands, walks, and sits; able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Read and speak English is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with computerized POS and tee time systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering POS revisions and billing procedures.
• Reconcile daily tee sheets and process payments; resolve discrepancies.
• Promote club golf activities to members and guests.
• Maintain an organized golf shop; support merchandising and stock.
• Prepare for golf outings: scorecards, rules sheets, and pairing sheets.
• Assist with associate training and safety practices.
• Uphold safe work practices and ensure reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as required.
