Coldstream Country Club in Cincinnati, Ohio, seeks an Assistant Golf Professional to join a premier private-club staff. The role emphasizes member engagement, event management, and golf-shop duties across instruction, merchandising, and outside services.

Seasonal and year-round opportunities exist, with a focus on professionalism and service excellence. The successful candidate will gain extensive exposure to tournament operations, course play management, and mentorship from a professional staff

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in golf operations at a private club.
• PGA or LPGA Member in good standing.
• Four-year college degree is preferred.
• Experience with staff management, coaching and development.
• Proficiency in golf management systems such as Club Essentials, Foretees, and Golf Genius, along with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with members, guests, and visitors, upholding Coldstream's dedication to member satisfaction.
• Organize and manage member tournaments, golf events, and outings, actively promoting participation and enthusiasm for club activities.
• Assist with all aspects of the golf shop, including inventory management, merchandise display, product knowledge, and special orders.
• Provide golf instruction to members of all skill levels, continually honing your teaching abilities.
• Play golf with members and guests to foster relationships and enhance your own skills.
• Serve as a starter and player assistant as needed, ensuring smooth course play.
