Qualifications

• PGA Member in good standing or PGA PGM enrollment is required.
• Experience in golf ops at private clubs, resorts, or high-end facilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of golf rules, tournament ops, and etiquette.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Golf with daily operation and administration of the golf program.
• Provide exceptional service to members and guests as a visible, approachable representative.
• Coordinate and execute tournaments, events, leagues, and clinics, including tee sheets, scoring, and materials.
• Support tee time management and daily play coordination for smooth pace of play.
• Assist with merchandising in the Golf Shop and uphold product knowledge and visual standards.
