Job summary

Qualifications
- AA or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination
- Ability to read/speak English and perform duties
- Experience with computerized POS and tee time system; basic MS Office knowledge
Responsibilities
- Assist in administering POS and tee time system revisions and needs.
- Coordinate with Accounting on policy revisions and updates.
- Reconcile daily tee sheets, process payments from members/guests.
- Resolve discrepancies involving charges and payments.
- Track force posts and no-show charges as applicable.
- Promote all club golf activities.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked golf shop and assist with merchandising.
- Prepare for golf outings: scorecards, labels, sheets and pairing lists.
- Assist with associate training and safe work practices.
