Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality in Naples, FL is seeking a Golf Operations Assistant to support the Head Golf Professional and the pro shop team in daily operations, tee times, member communication, and coordination with the outside service team.

You will help with member and resort group play, maintain handicap records, assist in teaching clinics, and ensure accurate records and asset protection across the golf operation.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of golf operations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Experience with merchandising and retail shop operations.
• Proficiency with handicap/tournament software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the pro shop daily operations and tee sheets.
• Coordinate booking of tee times and communicate changes to staff and guests.
• Support Head Golf Professional and supervise outside service team.
• Help in organizing member events and group play, and maintain records.
