• Support the planning and execution of member tournaments, outings, leagues, and special events.
• Provide golf instruction and assist with clinics and other instructional programming.
• Assist with golf club repair and related services.
• Assist with shoe cleaning and member golf-service needs.
• Help maintain attractive and well-stocked golf shop displays.
• Communicate golf programs, events, and policies to members and guests.
• Assist the Head Golf Professional with administrative and operational responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold Club service standards at all times.

Overview

Shackamaxon Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Assistant Golf Professional to support the Club's golf operations and provide an outstanding experience for members and guests. This is a hands-on position that will assist with golf shop operations, tournaments and events, member service, instruction, merchandising, and the day-to-day needs of the golf operation. The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, and passionate about building a career in the golf industry.

Experience Required

• Previous golf course, country club, or golf shop experience preferred.
• PGA Associate status or interest in pursuing PGA membership is a plus.
