Job summary

Cleveland Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Assistant Golf Professional to join our golf operations team in Tennessee. This role offers hands-on learning and mentorship in a supportive environment focused on member service.

You will work with the Head Golf Professional to learn all facets of golf operations, including tournament management, merchandising, instruction, and daily play coordination, with an eye toward PGA program enrollment.

Qualifications

• Desire to pursue a career in golf with PGA PGM enrollment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Previous golf or retail experience is helpful but not required.
