Job summary

Cabot is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to join our team in Boulder City, NV. You will support the Head Golf Professional in day-to-day golf operations, lessons, retail, and events, delivering exceptional guest experiences while upholding Cabot's service standards.

You bring 2+ years in golf or hospitality, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and preferably a PGA membership; a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• 2+ years in the golf and/or hospitality industry.
• PGA membership (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in every guest interaction.
• Assist with golf operations, events, and tournaments.
• Teach golf lessons and conduct clinics as assigned.
• Maintain the golf shop, carts, and merchandise areas.
• Work cross-functionally with Food & Beverage and Guest Services for a seamless guest experience.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and secure facilities.
