Qualifications

• Two-year turfgrass degree or certificate required.
• Experience in golf course maintenance or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of a maintenance crew, scheduling and assigning tasks.
• Execute agronomic programs and monitor turf health following IPM guidelines.
• Operate and maintain irrigation systems and monitor moisture levels.
• Train staff on safe operation of turf equipment and enforce safety protocols.
