Job summary

Vanguard University is seeking an Assistant Men's and Women's Golf Coach to support the Head Coach in developing and administering both golf programs. You will assist with coaching, recruiting, practice and competition prep, and day-to-day operations in a Christ-centered environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring academic progress, maintaining program budgets, and engaging in fundraising while aligning with Vanguard's mission and NCAA rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize diverse tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Understanding of FERPA laws and NCAA rules.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Coach in coaching and program administration.
• Assist with recruiting and student-athlete development.
• Contribute to practice and competition preparation.
• Help monitor academic progress and retention.
• Assist with budget management and fundraising responsibilities.
