Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the Salt Lake City Airport location. You will partner with leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive sales, manage operations, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, guest satisfaction, and maintaining brand standards across a dynamic, on-site setting with proximity to Moab Brewery’s partnership and local Utah flavor.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of restaurant management experience.
• Obtain and maintain current ServSafe Food Manager’s Certification within six months of hire/promotion.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and perform essential job functions (standing, bending, etc.).
• Standing for long periods and ability to work in varying temperatures.
• Bachelor of Science in hotel/restaurant management desirable; practical experience considered.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, Microsoft Office, and mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver first-class guest experiences at Moab Brewery & Restaurant in Salt Lake City Airport.
• Drive top-line sales and profitability while managing operations.
• Promote a positive, engaging, and results-oriented work environment; mentor and develop staff.
• Maintain restaurant image, cleanliness, food quality and presentation standards, and grooming.
