Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Salt Lake City Airport, featuring leadership responsibilities across a dynamic F&B operation. You will guide daily restaurant activities, ensure premier guest experiences, and collaborate with Moab Brewery to bring a local craft energy to travelers.

The role emphasizes growth, a fast-paced environment, and the development of a high-performing team with strong guest focus and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe Food Manager certification within six months of hire/promotion.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. and perform essential job functions.
• Standing for long periods in environments with varying temperatures.
• Bachelor in hotel/restaurant management desirable.
• Proficiency in food planning, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel management, reporting.
• Must work various shifts in a 7/365 team environment.
• Read/write/ MS Office and mathematics proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations to deliver first-class guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive top-line sales and profitability.
• Promote and drive an engaged, high-performing workforce.
• Maintain restaurant image, cleanliness, food quality and presentation, and grooming standards.
• Monitor team performance and adjust operational systems as necessary.
• Respond to guest concerns and resolve complaints within 24 hours.
