KBP Foods, a leading quick-service organization, seeks an Assistant General Manager for a KFC location in Westland, Michigan. You will lead daily operations, train and coach the team, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain food safety and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
