Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Minnesota to lead daily restaurant operations, whether front or back of house. You will mentor a team, ensure consistent guest experiences, and coordinate shifts with a festive, positive culture.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management is a plus.
