Cafe Zupas is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Minnesota to lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and team development. The role emphasizes a stable schedule, no Sundays, and opportunities for career advancement, including quarterly bonuses and a defined path to GM.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of leadership in hospitality or retail, enjoy mentoring others, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in restaurant or retail environments.
• Set schedule with two days off per week.
