Job summary

C Café Zupas is hiring an Assistant General Manager in a role focused on leading daily restaurant operations in Minnesota. You will supervise staff, mentor teams, and uphold a culture of positivity while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage shifts, develop people, and drive a collaborative environment with a focus on work-life balance and a clear career path. This position offers a Friday–Tuesday schedule with Sundays off and a quarterly bonus plan.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in restaurant or retail
• Available to work a five day set schedule
• Experience mentoring a team
• Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter
• Enthusiastic, positive, and genuine
• Learns quickly in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations (front or back of house)
