Job summary

Bojangles Restaurants Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead teams and deliver exceptional Southern hospitality. Working with the General Manager, you will drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

You will manage people, uphold BoFood and BoLabor standards, and ensure WOW guest service. The role requires a minimum of 2 years in management, flexibility, and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• English reading, writing and speaking required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour week.
• Supervisory/coaching experience preferred.
• Experience onboarding employees at all levels.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Cash handling and bank deposits experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead fast-paced teams.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel, and lift 25+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create an inviting store culture with respectful, valued team members. Seek growth opportunities for development. Communicate effectively with guests and new team members. Demonstrates our Cultural Principles in every interaction.
• Uphold all systems and processes (BoFood and BoLabor). Maintain standards and take corrective action when needed. Empower team to deliver WOW guest service with every interaction. Reduce R&M through manager walks, process execution, and timely escalation of opportunities.
• Understand Restaurant P&L results and how quality, service, and cleanliness impact sales. Participate in inventory management. Maintain safety and security standards. Engage in all LTO activities throughout the LTO lifecycle, including training and POP deadlines.
