Job summary

Bojangles Restaurants Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern hospitality and guest experiences. You will work with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in management, strong English communication, and the ability to coach and onboard staff. Expect a 50-hour week across flexible shifts and opportunities for leadership development

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office experience.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.

Responsibilities

• People: Creates an inviting culture in the store and supports development of team members.
• Performance: Adheres to systems and processes; empowers staff to maintain WOW guest service; manages R&M through leadership walks and timely escalation.
• Profit: Understands restaurant P&L and impact of quality, service, and cleanliness on sales; participates in inventory management.
