Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• One to two years of quick-service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.

• Directs profitability through inventory control and asset management.
• Motivates and directs team to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service.
• Coaches Shift Coordinators and team members to improve performance.
• Directs operations for prompt delivery within speed-of-service guidelines.
• Performs duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when needed.
