Responsibilities

• Build People Capability: recruit, train, and develop top talent; coach Team Members and Shift Leaders to performance excellence.
• Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience: operate within brand standards and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Manage store operations: labor scheduling, inventory management, and health and safety compliance; coach on guest experience.
• Grow Brand, Sales, and Profits: monitor cash controls, analyze financials, and optimize labor and inventory; perform preventative maintenance.
