Job summary

McDonald's Restaurants Limited is seeking an Assistant General Manager to run a profitable restaurant and uphold Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards at a high-volume location. You will lead Department Managers, set goals, coach, and develop the team, while the General Manager hires and mentors staff to drive performance.

Eligible candidates are 18+, with AGM/GM experience in quick service, hospitality, or retail, and a track record of achieving targets in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous Assistant General Manager or General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and uphold McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, follow up, and provide coaching.
• Assist the General Manager with hiring and developing management staff to ensure future success.
