Job summary

McDonald's franchise restaurant is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-volume operation focused on delivering Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will work with the General Manager and a team of Department Managers to set goals and develop plans to achieve them.

Ideal candidates have prior AGM/GM experience in fast-paced settings, with background in quick service, hospitality, or retail. Minimum age 18 applies.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Manager or General Manager in high-volume restaurants.
• Background in quick service, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and uphold Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Work with leadership to set goals and create plans to achieve them.
• Lead Department Managers, coach and direct to improve departments.
• May hire and develop Department and Shift Managers for future leadership.
