La Popular, a chef-driven concept making its US debut in Roseville, CA, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations at our Roseville location. This exempt role reports to the General Manager and oversees a high-volume team in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.

You will champion energy, discovery, and community, develop leaders, maintain standards, and drive guest satisfaction. We offer competitive salary, quarterly bonus, growth from within, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Displays a strong example and passion for our culture on every shift – EDC!
• Must complete Senior Management Program in SuccessFactors
• At least 21 years of age
• TIPs Certified
• Minimum 4 years management experience in high-volume restaurant
