• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Excellent knowledge of Jersey Mike's menu and products.

• Participate in Jersey Mike's training programs.
• Able to meet schedule requirements and be a reliable performer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others.
• Work in a fast-paced team-driven atmosphere.
• Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience.
• Lead and manage a crew of 3 to 7 people.
• Create employee schedules and place inventory orders.
• Open and close the store and perform prep as needed.
• Fill in for Manager in all capacities when needed.
• Lead by example and participate in management meetings.
